A coordination council of directors of the holding's "Agromashservice" organizations took place in Krugloye, where the results of the financial and economic activity for January–September 2026 were analyzed in detail.

The meeting brought together the key management vertical: the General Director of OAO "Managing Company of the Agromashservice Holding," Vyacheslav Sosnovsky, the management and heads of structural divisions of the managing company, as well as the heads of all organizations included in the association.

The plenary session of the meeting was held at the district House of Culture. Ivan Bagel, Chairman of the Krugloye District Executive Committee, joined the dialogue between agricultural and industrial representatives. The past nine months have been a serious test for the holding's enterprises, and the format of an open discussion allowed not only to objectively assess the achieved economic indicators but also to clearly identify areas of growth that require maximum concentration of forces and resources in the near future.

A practical continuation of the large-scale meeting was the participants' visit to the production base of OAO "Krugloye Agropromtechsnap," headed by Victor Shuplenkov. Here, the leaders got a detailed understanding of the actual situation on the ground. The monitoring route covered key nodes of the enterprise, from the workshop for repairing agricultural machinery to the warehouse of spare parts and the technical exchange point.

A special emphasis was placed during the visit to the facilities on issues of compliance with labor protection legislation. The council members agreed that behind the figures of production plans and repair schedules should always stand a person, and the creation of safe and comfortable conditions at every workplace remains an unconditional priority for the holding's management.
