More than 90 thousand rubles fine was imposed on the region's largest industrial enterprise for violations identified by the State Control Committee The State Control Committee of Mogilev Region, at one of the region's largest industrial enterprises, identified numerous violations and shortcomings. — During the inspection, the Committee found the production of goods in violation of technical regulatory legal requirements and without conformity declarations amounting to over 1 million rubles, illegal allocation of depreciation costs to unused property, which led to an underpayment of profit tax of almost 32 thousand rubles, inefficient expenditure of funds amounting to almost 100 thousand rubles during construction of facilities, violations of procurement procedures and other issues, — commented the regional State Control Committee. — As a result of the inspection, the enterprise and its officials were held administratively liable in the form of fines totaling over 90 thousand rubles. Additionally, the Committee sent the enterprise proposals to increase the efficiency of its activities, optimize costs, and prevent the identified violations and shortcomings in the future. Their implementation will be monitored.
