A regional seminar-practical training "Innovative Approaches in Construction" gathered the personnel reserve of Mogilev region

Mariam Tabagari Yulia Davydenko 15.09.2026 A regional seminar-practical training "Innovative Approaches in Construction" was held at the base of JSC "Institute Mogilevgrazhdanproekt". About thirty people participated in it, who are part of the reserve of managerial personnel and the promising personnel reserve of the Mogilev Oblispolkom in the spheres of housing and communal services and construction. Also among the participants were deputies of the chairmen of the rayispolkoms, who oversee the spheres of architecture, construction and housing and communal services, persons who are part of the personnel reserve for these positions, student graduates of the Belarusian-Russian University and students of the architectural and construction college as part of the Belarusian-Russian University.

The purpose of the seminar is to improve knowledge in the field of construction activity, managerial competencies and ethical business relations in the team.

Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Oblispolkom Igor Klisho, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Mogilev Oblispolkom Vladimir Ignatov, and General Director of the State Association "Housing and Communal Services of Mogilev Region" Tatyana Tikhonovskaya took part in the work of the seminar.

Igor Klisho, welcoming the participants of the seminar-practical training, drew attention to the key topics of the meeting.

Today, we will talk about the current state and principles of operation of the construction and housing and communal services complex of the region, discuss issues related not only to construction but also to the operation of facilities. Graduates of our educational institutions must understand: one specialist builds, and another operates. To become a professional, it is necessary to know the regulatory factors, principles of construction and operation of facilities, he outlined. We will touch on the issue of expenses - a topic that is not the most popular, but necessary for effective management. We will talk about the application of modern technologies in construction - this is a relevant and important direction. In addition, we will pay attention to the psychology of ethical business relations in the labor collective. This will expand your horizons and prepare you as future leaders.

The seminar participants discussed the state and prospects of development of the construction complex and housing and utilities sector of the Mogilev region, talked about international experience and the use of VST technology in construction, trends in the development of the housing and utilities sector, and urban improvement.

After the theoretical part, the seminar participants visited the production base of the branch "Management of production and technological equipment" of OAO "Construction Trust No. 17 of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor".
