The limited‑liability company from Mogilev, which provides real estate services, was additionally charged 37.2 thousand rubles in taxes by the tax inspection for concealing revenue from taxation.
The organization provided real‑estate services to consumers without concluding contracts for their provision or fictitiously terminated them when finalizing the concluded transaction. The total amount of concealed revenue amounted to 111.7 thousand rubles.
This allowed the organization to illegally lower the tax bases for value‑added tax (VAT) and profit tax. Consequently, an additional VAT of 18.6 thousand rubles and profit tax of 18.6 thousand rubles were calculated.
The Mogilev Regional Tax Inspection sent a notice to the organization proposing that it voluntarily calculate and pay the due taxes to the budget.
The taxpayer complied with the notice, and the taxes were calculated in the amount of 37.2 thousand rubles.
