
Over the weekend, the queue of trucks entering Poland increased 2.7 times. This was reported by the State Border Committee.
There are 590 heavy trucks in front of the Polish border checkpoints. Employees of the border crossings «Kukuryki» («Kozlovichi») and «Bobrovniki» («Berestovitsa») processed, respectively, 42% and 17% of the normal volume of freight traffic over two days.
The controlling services of the Lithuanian «Shalchininikai» («Beniakoni») accepted onto their territory 39% of the normal number of passenger cars. Ahead of this border crossing into the EU, 20 cars are waiting.
In addition, about 170 passenger cars are located in front of the Polish checkpoints «Kuznica Białostocka» («Bruzgi») and «Terespol» («Brest»). Their services processed 28% of cars.
