The National Bank will issue 25 commemorative coins and the first polymer banknote in 2027.

The Board of the National Bank of Belarus approved a list of commemorative coins and banknotes that will enter circulation in 2027. A total of 25 types of commemorative coins and one commemorative banknote made from polymer material are planned for release. The coins will be dedicated to jubilee dates, historical-cultural values, cities of Belarus, art and nature.

This was reported by the press service of the National Bank.

The National Bank of Belarus has determined which commemorative coins and banknotes will enter circulation in 2027. The corresponding list has been approved by the regulator's board.

  • 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belarus and China
  • 100th anniversary of the birth day of writer Aleksei Adamovich
  • 110th anniversary of the founding of the Belarusian militia
  • 110th anniversary of the founding of the State Security Committee

Additionally, coins with a jubilee theme, including "Mirski Zamok. 500th Year" from the "Palaces and Castles of Belarus" series and "Minsk. 960 Years" from the "Cities of Belarus" series, are also featured.

The issuance of coins dedicated to historical-cultural values will continue.

A coin titled "Palace Park Complex" will appear in the "Palaces and Castles of Belarus" series.
