The Mogilev regional state control committee identified facts of unjustified price inflation of construction materials that the wholesale company applied when selling products to customers, including agricultural organizations and state enterprises. For lime, cement, and roofing materials, surcharges of 11‑31 % were applied, while the law allows only 10 %. The total amount of overcharges exceeded 10,000 rubles. Moreover, this wholesaler did not include in the goods and transport invoices the necessary information for correct price formation (manufacturer’s selling price, applied wholesale surcharge, delivery costs). The organization was fined for the violations found.
