Since 2024, Belarus has combined the property tax, land tax, and vehicle tax into a single payment. All together – for an apartment, a dacha, and a car. The tax office will calculate everything itself and send a notice, the Ministry of Taxes (MNS) said.

By November 16, 2026, the unified property payment for 2025 must be paid. This can be done via ERIP, at the post office or bank, as well as through the personal account on the nalog.gov.by website.

The MNS also shared instructions on how to locate the payment in ERIP: Payments and Transfers – Calculation System (ERIP) – Taxes – your city/district – local tax office – Unified Property Payment – UNP.

If the notice hasn't arrived, log into the payer's personal account and generate it yourself or contact the tax office, the MNS added.
