The inspection of the Ministry of Finance for the Shklovsky district (hereinafter – the inspection) has conducted a monitoring of the activities of economic entities in the Belynichi district to assess compliance with tax and other legislation.
During the monitoring, violations were identified in three retail establishments owned by an individual entrepreneur and a private enterprise in the city of Belynichi, namely:
Based on the conducted measures, the economic entities were given recommendations to eliminate the identified violations.
The inspection reminds that, if you have documents confirming the payment, returning or exchanging a product is much easier and faster. The receipt obtained serves as proof of purchase from a specific seller, unequivocally allows you to identify it, and also establishes the date and time of purchase, as well as the transaction amount.
If you are denied a receipt, the seller does not want to bear responsibility for the quality and safety of the goods, and in case defects are found, they will not compensate for losses or moral damages.
When paying for goods, you must demand a receipt! The receipt confirms that the seller complies with legal requirements and has paid taxes to the budget from the amounts received from sales.
Dear sellers! Fulfill the legal requirements for issuing receipts to customers and for accepting payment using cash register equipment!
