The Ministry of Taxes and Fees reminded citizens to pay the unified property tax by November 16, BELTA reports.

“Since 2024, Belarus has combined the real estate tax, land tax, and vehicle tax into a single payment. All together – for an apartment, dacha, and car. The tax office will calculate everything and send a notice,” the Ministry of Taxes and Fees noted.

By November 16, 2026, the unified property tax for 2025 must be paid. This can be done via the ERIP system, at the post office or bank, or through the personal account on the nalog.gov.by website.

The Ministry also shared instructions on how to locate the payment in ERIP: Payments and Transfers — Calculation System (ERIP) — Taxes — your city/district — IMNS at the place of registration — Unified Property Payment — UNP.

“If the notice hasn’t arrived, log into the payer’s personal account and generate it yourself or contact the tax office,” the Ministry added.
