The Ministry of Taxes and Duties reminded about the payment of the single property tax by November 16, BELTA reports.

"Since 2024, Belarus has combined the property tax, land tax, and transport tax into a single payment. All together — for an apartment, a dacha, and a car. The tax authority will calculate everything itself and send a notice," the MNS noted.

The single property tax for 2025 must be paid by November 16, 2026. This can be done via the ERiP system, at the post office or in a bank, as well as through the personal account on the nalog.gov.by website.

The MNS also shared instructions on how to find the payment in ERiP: Payments and transfers — 'Calculation' System (ERiP) — Taxes — your city/region — Inspectorate of Taxes and Duties at your place of registration — Single Property Tax — UNP.

"If the notice does not arrive, go to your taxpayer personal account and generate it yourself, or contact the tax authority," the MNS added.
