Having no right to do so, the enterprise produced over 1.3 tonnes of product in 2026.

In Belarus, the activity of a private workshop producing meat chips was suspended after an inspection by the State Control Committee.

The enterprise is located in the Polotsk district. Specialists found that, as it turned out, it had no right to engage in the processing and production of meat products, as it was not registered in the relevant register.

Moreover, in 2026 the workshop produced and sold over 1.3 tonnes of meat chips.

Not only was the production operating without the right to do so, but it also violated sanitary and epidemiological requirements.

Which rules were not observed:

• workers had no change of sanitary clothing, and the dispensers for cleaning and disinfecting agents were empty.
• there was no separate inventory for cleaning refrigeration chambers and refrigerators.
• containers with additives and spices used in production had no labels. That is, it is simply impossible to determine the origin, shelf life, and composition of the products.

The inspection results are as follows: the veterinary certification of the product of the preparation workshop was suspended, and the facility was excluded from the trade register, which prohibits it from operating in the trade and public catering sector.

The management of the economic entity was held administratively liable.
