Starting from 2024, the property tax, land tax, and transport tax are paid as a single property payment to one republican budget account at the address of registration of the physical person, regardless of the territorial location of the owned real estate and land plots (budget payment code 03101, single property payment).

The deadline for paying property taxes as a single property payment for 2025 is no later than November 16, 2026.

Taxes can be paid in one of the following ways:

through the ERIП system. To do this, in the service menu, you need to select the following sections in sequence: "Taxes" - your settlement - the corresponding tax inspection - Single property payment - enter the payer's account number (UNP) - click "Pay". You can find your UNP on the MNS website in the electronic service "Information from the State Register of Payers (and other obligated persons)".

via the electronic service "Payer's Personal Account";

at any bank branch or post office.

For late payment, a penalty is charged for each calendar day of delay.

In addition, for individuals who have not paid (or partially paid) the single property payment as of January 1, 2027, in an amount exceeding one basic unit, the calculation of property taxes for 2026 will be made taking into account the calculated value, which is determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the unpaid amount of the single property payment as of January 1.

The deadline for physical persons to pay rent for the use of land plots for 2025 also expires on November 16, 2026.
