In the Rogachev district, construction continues on a large dairy complex for 2,000 dairy cows. The implementation of the project is personally controlled by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Ivan Krupko.

The first stage of the dairy complex, which is being built near the village of Pereseki in the Dvoretsky Village Council and will become the seventh at JSC Tikhinichi, is planned to be completed by the end of November this year. To date, construction and installation work has been completed by 63%.

As reported by Nikolai Ryabov, deputy head of the capital construction department of JSC Minskstroy, the contractor – a branch of SU-200 of JSC Stroytrust No. 35 – has already erected the frames of two cowsheds and the milking block, as well as two manure storage areas. Installation of wall panels on the roof has begun, along with interior finishing works in the form of plastering the milking block; the territory is being landscaped, and in the near future all necessary utility lines will be laid at the site. The construction site employs between 7 and 11 pieces of equipment, and about 60 people work on a rotational basis, 12 hours a day, without days off or holidays.

The sources of financing are the republican and regional budgets, as well as JSC Tikhinichi's own funds.

“This will be one of the largest livestock complexes in the district. A herd of two thousand dairy cows is a huge number. The implementation of the project will increase gross agricultural output and create new jobs. Let us call it the construction project of the century for our district. It receives close attention from the regional leadership; the chairman of the Rogachev District Executive Committee visits the site weekly. Therefore, I am confident that the builders will not let us down and will complete all work on time,” noted Alexei Zavishev, first deputy chairman – head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Rogachev District Executive Committee.

Construction of the dairy complex began in late March 2026. The complex is located a 15–20 minute drive from Tikhinichi and Rogachev. The surrounding lands have already been transferred to the farm: feed for the future herd will be grown here.
