It is necessary to pay for housing and communal services no later than the 25th of each month. If this is not done, it is easy to end up on the list of debtors, and as a consequence, lose not only electricity and water, but also the opportunity to travel abroad for vacation.

As part of the work with non-payers of housing and communal services, representatives of the GP "Zhilkomservis Dva" and the RSC of the city of Zhlobin once again conducted a raid on the addresses of debtors.

Thus, on October 15, the raid groups of six districts (ZhEU No. 1-6) issued 5 warnings on the suspension of services, and explanatory conversations were held with the owners (tenants) of these apartments on debt repayment and measures that can be taken in case of non-payment. Also, water supply was cut off at 7 addresses, electricity was cut off at 37 addresses, and the residents of 11 apartments paid off their debts on the spot.

The management of GP "Zhilkomservis Dva" and RSC of the city of Zhlobin calls: pay for housing and communal services no later than the 25th of each month. After all, in case of non-payment, not only the main debt grows, but also the penalty, the size of which is 0.3 percent of the unpaid payment amount for each day of delay. Moreover, debt amounts can be recovered through a notary or in court; and tenants of housing even face eviction.
