The fatherhood philosophy of Ivan Kozhevnikov from the agrotown of Vereyemki

We met Ivan Kozheevnikov, a father of many children, in the fields of KSUPL "Agrokombeks", where he confidently manages a powerful energy-rich tractor. Time was running out for our hero during our conversation. "It's getting dark early, better go to the field," Ivan immediately pointed out. In these simple words, the most important thing became clear: before us was a person of action, responsible and reliable.

Ivan has worked in the enterprise for more than 20 years. His colleagues and management respond to him warmly, honoring him for his flawless work and readiness to always come to aid. And even the mechanic himself admits that this work truly delights him. The land feels such loyalty and always pays back those who do not fear calluses and heavy male labor.

Love for one's native land and diligence were planted in Ivan from an early age. The secret is simple: our hero grew up in a large multi-child family. And this number sounds like a real parental feat today — they have thirteen children!

Having gone through such a life school, where from a young age everything was divided equally — joys and hard labor — Ivan Kozheevnikov absorbed the most important values: live by conscience. He grew up among brothers and sisters, where the older ones cared for the younger, saw how difficult it was for their mother, whose shoulders bore the burden of caring for the whole family, and watched how the father worked.

Ivan currently raises both sons and daughters. For him, being a multi-child father is a continuation of his own roots, just as honorable and important work as driving his tractor. He educates his children much like he works himself: without unnecessary words but with love. His sons learn masculine endurance and diligence from their father, while the daughters see from an early age what a reliable, caring and respectful man should be when it comes to his mother.

Despite the hard daily routine in the field, Ivan leaves all his tenderness and care for home. The head of the family firmly believes that male responsibilities do not end at the threshold of work.

"I arrive from work, wash myself, eat. Then we do lessons, paint with my younger daughter, help my wife," Ivan Kozheevnikov explains with a smile. "This brings me joy. My wife also gets tired, and in the family the main thing is support."

Speaking of his beloved spouse, Ivan speaks with special tenderness. For this strong man, her love is the main guide in life.

"My spouse is my main support and motivator," Ivan confesses. "With her the house is always warm and cozy. Every day I hurry home because I know for certain that she awaits me there very much."

No matter how exhausted Ivan returned from work, his masculine heart melted at sincere, strong childhood hugs. Just stepping over the threshold, and fatigue lifted off his shoulders like it had been removed by a single hand from the warmest and most important thing in the world: "Dad, little dad, little papa has arrived!"

Every day, leaving for the fields at dawn and returning late at night, Ivan Kojenikov teaches his sons and daughters the most important life lesson—the lesson of responsibility for one's work, for one's family.

And as long as we have fathers like our heroes, capable of raising children and endlessly preserving the warmth of the home hearth, we can rest assured about our future.
