The previous auction was canceled due to the withdrawal of the former buyer, but the repeat bidding ended successfully. In two and a half hours of fierce competition, the final price of the brick mansion rose more than fourfold, reaching 54,792 rubles. The auction winner was a private construction company from Pinsk.

Together with the main building and the old icehouse, the investor will receive the right to lease a land plot of about 37 sotkas (0.37 hectares) for 50 years.

The estate itself was built in 1890 and has a total area of about 426 square meters. The house was constructed from solid red brick, and local legend has it that each brick was brought to the construction site wrapped in paper. The building is executed in the Neo-Gothic style with restrained décor, arched windows, and a terrace. It turned out stylish, reliable, and without unnecessary frills.

One of the mansion's cool features, hidden on the park side, is a faceted two-story tower. Inside this tower is a genuine home observatory for stargazing with a telescope.

Adjacent to the mansion is a landscape park covering 5 hectares. On this territory, rare tree species have been preserved, including black pine and Kempfer larch.

During Soviet times, the noble halls were used as ordinary apartments for employees of the local distillery. Over the years, the residents moved out, and the house was mothballed.
