At LLC KF-AUTO, they treat married couples who work side by side with special respect. The Moroz family is a bright example of that. Diana Valeryevna, a mechanical assembly fitter, proves that a woman can handle any task. Her husband, Yuri Alexandrovich, a mechanical assembly fitter of the 3rd grade, supports his wife in everything, is always ready to come to her aid and share his professional experience.

– Our enterprise develops and manufactures buses, commercial vehicles, and special equipment, – begins Diana Moroz, acquainting with the technological process at her workplace.

• Diana Valeryevna, how did you come to work at the plant?

– A friend of our family, Vladimir, works as a fitter at the enterprise. He suggested that my husband work here. Afterwards, our godfather Vladislav Serbin was hired as an operator of CNC machines. When I learned from my husband about the vacancy for a female mechanical assembly fitter, I decided to try my hand at something new. I really wanted to get in, so I had the motivation to learn quickly. Senior colleague Tamara Ivanovna Rusanova taught me the basics of the profession. The support, attentiveness, and help from my mentor, and of course my husband, helped me master the profession quickly.

The production of the onboard cable network is a strictly regulated technological process. At the first stage, Diana Valeryevna performs measured cutting of cable products and stripping of current-carrying cores from insulation. Next comes tinning of the blanks and preparation of contact elements: crimping of terminals and assembly of connectors. The main magic happens on the assembly table, where conductors are interconnected according to the wiring diagram. Outside of production, Diana Moroz reveals herself as a creative personality. At home she takes on the role of a home beauty specialist: she helps her mother with hair care and coloring, cuts hair for household members, and does hairstyles for her beloved little daughter. Another hobby of the locksmith is sewing. A vivid manifestation of her talent on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus were the images she devised and realized herself. She developed a concept of outfits for her family, drawing inspiration from national traditions and Belarusian symbolism.

"For Independence Day I created outfits for my family, in which we proudly walked through the city square in the column of our work team," the interviewee recalls with a smile. "Every detail – from embroidery to accessories – was thought out to the smallest detail. My husband and sons looked solemn, and little daughter Dominika embodied the image of a little Belarusian girl. With my look I tried to embody a modest working woman, a happy loving wife and a mother of many children."

Yuri Alexandrovich and Diana Valeryevna are raising three children. Thus, 16-year-old Mark is mastering mechanical engineering at a polytechnic college, 13-year-old Platon is passionate about robotics, and four-year-old Dominika loves to draw and sing. In their free time, the family actively travels around Belarus, studying history and enjoying the nature of their native land.

Besides being a creative personality, Diana Moroz is also an active participant in the public life of the enterprise. How does she manage to do it all? The secret of her success is simple and lies on the surface: love for her family and her chosen work.
