MogilevNEWS.by 04.11.2026 A former employee of one of the enterprises in Bobruysk retired and quit after working for more than 19 years. According to the collective agreement, she was entitled to one-time financial assistance. However, when she left her job, the woman did not receive it.

The woman turned to the Mogilev Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of Housing and Communal Services and the Service Sector for help. The situation was taken under control by labor law inspector Tatyana Sudakova.

We immediately reviewed the collective agreement and checked all the documents. The norm on the payment of one-time financial assistance was clearly spelled out: an employee has reached retirement age, has a continuous work experience of more than 19 years, has quit - which means the payment is due, explained the specialist.

The inspector conducted negotiations with the administration of the enterprise and explained that such actions violate the employee's labor rights. After the recommendation was sent, the enterprise paid the woman the due amount - over 1880 rubles.
