The energy of youth and ambition

One of the bright young representatives of the factory is Tatyana Bobovich, a chemical water treatment apparatus operator in shop No. 5. She has been working in this position for six years and has proven herself to be a high-class and reliable specialist. Tatyana's path to the factory was deliberate. After finishing school, she enrolled in the Polessky State University, where she gained in-depth knowledge in the field of "Scientific and Production Activities and Microbiology". With excellent prospects, different roads were open to her, but her heart suggested the right route: her young man was working at the salt factory in her native Mozyr. Tatyana decided to return home and get a job at OAO "Mozyrsol", which she has never regretted.

Currently, the specifics of her work require jeweler's precision. She controls and analyzes the quality indicators of the water that passes through the factory's filters and enters the boilers that produce steam for salt evaporation. The proper operation of the equipment and compliance with all technological norms depend on her attention. Tatyana works in a team of six people, where she is the only girl.

"The guys we have are great. We're all young, on the same wavelength, so we work with ease. Each of us loves their job and approaches it with maximum responsibility," Tatyana shares with a smile.

Having good specialized training and rich practical experience, she strives for career growth and dreams of taking an engineering position over time. At the same time, Tatyana's energy is not limited to technological processes. She is an active participant in the factory's social and sports life. She seriously engages in shooting and volleyball, annually defending the honor of the enterprise at competitions of various levels. When asked where she finds the strength to do everything, the factory worker replies that the main resource lies in her inner core and the ability to enjoy life.

"Everything I do, I really enjoy. And for what I love, I always find time, strength, and mood," Tatyana emphasizes.

Management and colleagues describe her as open, contactable, sociable, and proactive. It is precisely such purposeful and energetic professionals that the production relies on.

Elegance, tested by time

Irina Ivanenko is one of the plant's employees whose fate reflects the entire history of the enterprise. Her work experience at OAO "Mozyr Salt" is impressive - 39 years of continuous work. Irina came to the enterprise on the advice of a friend who worked here at the time. Back in 1987, the salt plant was still a very young production facility where the team was just being formed.

"At that time, it wasn't easy to work. There were many casual people who adhered to the principle of 'came and left.' Working conditions also differed significantly from modern ones: the equipment was complex and outdated, and there was a lack of convenient special clothing. But we coped," Irina recalls.

For the first two years, the girl worked in packaging, then moved to the construction department - her diploma as a plasterer came in handy. Painting, plastering, and spackling work required not only physical endurance but also high precision. For the past seven years, Irina has been working as a dosing apparatus operator. With the help of special devices, she prepares chemical mixtures for cleaning the brine from undesirable impurities. For a long time, she worked in a shift schedule with its own specifics and complexities, and now she works in day shifts.

The main secret of Irina's professional longevity is her iron discipline and conscientiousness.

"Each worker has clear instructions, and I always try to follow them meticulously. For me, it's essential to work honestly and never be careless," the plant's employee notes.

Over the past decades, not one generation of plant workers has changed. Almost all of those with whom Irina began her work journey have retired. Today, the majority of the plant's employees are young people, but the experienced worker easily finds a common language with the new generation. She characterizes the young people as open, kind, and always ready to help. And she concludes that working in such a team is a pleasure.

Looking at Irina, it's hard to believe the numbers of her work experience. Charming, slender, always with impeccable makeup and hairstyle - even when going to work in the construction department, she would come "in heels" and beautifully dressed. And today, she looks as if she just stepped out of a magazine cover, impressing her colleagues with her refinement and impeccable taste.

In her free time, the factory worker surrounds her family with care and helps raise her beloved grandson. Perhaps the secret to her energy lies in her active youth, as she was seriously into track and field athletics and volleyball in the past. Additionally, Irina has always looked at life with optimism, perceiving difficulties not as a universal tragedy, but as temporary troubles that will inevitably give way to better times.

In a few months, the factory worker's life will change completely, as she will be retiring. She admits that she is a bit sad about this, since a large part of her active life was spent at the factory. Irina wishes her native enterprise prosperity, and to her young colleagues at the factory, she wishes gratitude, good health, and patience. She is confident that diligent and hardworking people can handle any task.
