The event brought together specialists from across the region to discuss the most important topic—creating safe and healthy working conditions. The deputies of the chairman of the Kruglyansky District Executive Committee also participated—Angela Alexandrovna Lukashchevich (who also oversees labor, social protection, and occupational safety matters) and Alexander Smirnov.

Choosing the enterprise as the base venue was no accident: the organization consistently demonstrates a high standard of production culture. The seminar participants were shown real mechanisms of the safety management system: from proper maintenance of the premises and workshops to strict labor discipline and care for workers' living conditions.

Participants were able to see firsthand how a well‑structured occupational safety system operates in practice. The meeting clearly demonstrated that a high level of industrial safety is achieved where the preservation of people's lives and health is under constant managerial oversight. When a leader is personally invested in order and safety, tangible results are immediately visible.
