cherikovnews.by October 10, 2026 10:52 The inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Mogilev region reminds residents of the region of the approaching deadline for paying property payments. No later than November 16, 2026, it is necessary to pay the unified property payment (which includes tax on real estate, land and transport taxes), as well as rent for the use of land plots - for 2025.

Where to find the amount to be paid

The amount of the unified property payment can be found:

in the notification from the tax authority;

in the personal account of the payer;

in the ERIP system.

The amount of rent is indicated in the land lease agreement.

What to do if the notification has not arrived

If a letter with a notification has not been received by mail, the payer can:

independently generate a notification through the personal account on the internet portal of the tax authorities;

personally contact the MNS inspection at the place of registration and receive a copy of the document.

How to pay

Taxes can be paid in several ways:

Through the ERIP system. In the service menu, you need to select: "Taxes" → your settlement → the corresponding tax inspection → "Unified property payment". Then enter the payer's account number (UNP) and click "Pay". You can find your UNP on the MNS website in the electronic service "Information from the State Register of Payers (and other obligated persons)".

Through the "Payer's Personal Account".

At a bank branch or at the post office.

What procrastination threatens

For late payment of taxes, a fine is charged for each day of delay.

There is also a more serious consequence: if as of January 1, 2027, an individual has not paid off the debt for the unified property payment (or has paid it off partially) in excess of one basic amount, then when calculating property taxes for 2026, a special mechanism will be connected to the case. In this case, the amounts will be calculated taking into account the calculated value - it will be 15% of the unpaid amount as of January 1.

Tax service specialists recommend not to postpone payments until the last moment and to check the calculations in advance - this will help avoid additional expenses due to fines and increasing calculations.
