Dear farmers of the Ivatsevichi District!

I heartily congratulate you on the completion of the harvest season! You have journeyed through a difficult path – from spring sowing to the golden ear of grain, and today we look with pride upon the fields filled with the grain of the new harvest.

The total harvest of grain and legumes, including buckwheat and millet (excluding corn), amounted to 81,408 thousand tons. The average yield across the district was 39 centners per hectare. Among the heroes of the harvest are 45 harvester crews that surpassed the 1,000-ton mark, one crew that harvested over 2,000 tons, 34 drivers who delivered 1,000 tons or more to the grain drying complexes, three drivers who transported over 2,000 tons, and two who moved more than 3,000 tons.

These figures exceed the results of all previous years. And all of this is the result of your daily labor. It is not easy: early mornings, heat, rain, sleepless nights by the harvesters. But it is your hands that transform the field into a source of life for thousands of people. Every harvested centner is your victory over the whims of nature and your loyalty to your profession. We see how the skill of the machine operators is growing, how the crews work in harmony, and how the machinery is being renewed. All of this is the foundation of food security for the district and the country.

Special words of thanks to the veterans of the industry, who pass on their experience to the young. Their wisdom, combined with your perseverance, yields an excellent result. May each of you feel the support of the state, which is expressed in new working conditions, decent pay, and attention to rural areas.
