The Mogilev Regional State Control Committee has identified numerous violations and deficiencies at one of the region's largest industrial enterprises.

During the inspection, the Committee found that the enterprise produced goods in violation of technical regulatory legal acts and without conformity declarations, amounting to more than 1 million rubles; it also illegally allocated depreciation costs to unused assets, resulting in an underpayment of corporate income tax of nearly 32,000 rubles; it inefficiently spent funds during construction of facilities, totaling almost 100,000 rubles; it violated procurement procedures for goods, and other issues.

As a result of the inspection, the enterprise and its officials were held administratively liable, receiving fines totaling more than 90,000 rubles. The Committee also sent the enterprise proposals to improve its operations, optimize costs, and prevent the identified violations and deficiencies in the future. Their implementation has been placed under supervision.
