Participants will discuss modern approaches to sales, ways to improve the effectiveness of working with clients, and tools that allow businesses to increase sales without price competition. Particular attention will be paid to typical mistakes in working with clients, repeat sales, and service development.

The program is designed for business owners, commercial directors, sales department heads, and B2B and B2C segment specialists. Participants will be able to analyze practical cases and receive tools for application in their work.
