The government has introduced to the House of Representatives a draft Law on the Republican Budget for 2027 and a draft Law on the budget of the State Non-Budget Fund for Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Belarus for 2027. The revenues of the republican budget are planned at a total of 58.9 billion rubles, expenditures—60.8 billion, deficit—1.9 billion.

The FSZN budget is calculated with revenues of 42,822.7 million rubles, expenditures of 42,300.3 million and a profit of 522 million rubles.

The country's main financial document for 2027 has arrived at parliament. According to the draft, the treasury will be replenished by 58.9 billion rubles, while spending is planned at 60.8 billion. Thus, expenditures will exceed revenues by 1.9 billion—this exact deficit is built into the document.

Priority remains on social sector spending: 12 billion rubles will be directed to these goals. This includes healthcare receiving 3.9 billion, education—3 billion, social policy—4.0 billion. The national economy is provided with 10.2 billion rubles.

In addition, transfer payments to the Fund for Social Protection of the Population are planned for an amount of 2.1 billion rubles. Subsidies and grants to local budgets will total 12.5 billion rubles.

Besides that, the Government has introduced to the House of Representatives a draft Law on the budget of the State Non-Budget Fund for Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Belarus for 2027.

The revenues of this budget are calculated at a total of 42,822.7 million rubles, expenditures—42,300.3 million. The surplus will be 522 million rubles thanks to funds from professional pension insurance.

The Permanent Commission of the House of Representatives on the budget and finances was established as the head commission for both draft laws.
