MogilevNEWS.by September 15, 2026. In Kostyukovichi, festive events were held dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the launch of the first production line of OJSC "Belarusian Cement Plant". Over three decades, the Belarusian Cement Plant has gone from a bold investment project to one of the flagships of the country's construction industry. Today the enterprise produces more than a million tons of cement annually, successfully implements large-scale investment projects, and supplies construction sites throughout Belarus. But the main wealth of the plant is its workforce, where entire dynasties and specialists who have devoted their entire lives to the enterprise work.

Special attention at the celebration was paid to the people whose daily work ensures the success of the enterprise. Alexander Lisovsky, Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Construction Workers and Building Materials Industry, presented well-deserved trade union awards to the best employees of the Belarusian Cement Plant, emphasizing the importance of strong social partnership.

"The Belarusian Cement Plant is, first and foremost, people who put their hearts into their work every day. And the trade union is always there to support everyone, create decent working conditions, and defend the interests of the team," noted Alexander Lisovsky.

The trade union leader also emphasized that the primary trade union organization of the Belarusian Cement Plant is an example of constructive dialogue with the employer, where issues of occupational safety, employee health improvement, and support for young specialists are resolved systematically and openly.

A symbolic and truly warm event of the anniversary celebrations was the planting of a memorial alley. Veterans who stood at the origins of the enterprise, young specialists, plant management, and trade union activists together picked up shovels to plant young trees.

For the Belarusian Cement Plant team, this action became a living symbol of the continuity of generations and unity. The seedlings, taking root in the Kostyukovichi soil, embody confidence in the future. Each planted tree is a tribute of deep respect to those who, thirty years ago, launched the first production line in an open field, and a message to the youth who will write the plant's history in the coming decades.
