Belarus's ambassador to Russia, Yuri Seliverstov, said that intensive interaction between partners within the Union State creates all the prerequisites for exceeding the trade turnover volume compared to last year. He noted that Belarusian-Russian relations are developing well.

He stated that the current level of interaction between the countries within the Union State allows expecting to exceed last year's trade turnover volume.

According to him, Belarus-Russia relations are developing well, which is confirmed by an active exchange of delegations.

In particular, about three dozen delegations visited Belarus, headed by the heads of Russian regions.

Furthermore, at the level of deputy heads, another 42 delegations paid visits.

Seliverstov also reminded that the trade turnover of the two countries last year amounted to nearly 55 billion dollars, excluding services.

Thus, the ambassador expects that this indicator may be exceeded by the end of the current year.
