Field work continues in the agricultural organizations of Lida District. Farmers in the region have sown almost 9,800 hectares with winter grain crops, which is 78% of the plan. The most area has been sown in the agricultural enterprises “Yodki-Agro” and “Peskovtsy”.

At the same time, corn for silage is being harvested in the farms. So far, the total yield of silage mass amounts to 82,500 tons at a productivity of 319 centners per hectare.

Also, in three agricultural organizations of Lida region, potato harvesting is underway, for which 145 hectares have been allocated. The “second bread” has been grown in “Mozheykowo”, “Sovkhoz ‘Lidsky'”, and “Yodki-Agro”. So far, 34% of the area has been harvested.
