The 2026 China Goods and Services Exhibition opened at the BelExpo exhibition centre in Minsk, reports BELTA correspondent.

The opening ceremony was attended by high‑ranking guests, including Belarusian Minister of Industry Andrey Kuznetsov, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lukashevich, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences Alexey Trukhanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Belarus Zhang Wenchuan, and others.

Andrey Kuznetsov noted that holding this event demonstrates the high level of business relations that have developed between Belarus and China, and provides an opportunity to get closer acquainted with the latest achievements of Chinese manufacturers. “The China Goods and Services Exhibition is not only a platform for showcasing produced goods, but also a place for dialogue and the formation of long‑term business ties,” he said.

According to him, Belarus‑China cooperation in the industrial sector represents a harmony of production competencies and technological innovations, reinforced by friendly relations, which allows achieving the desired results.

Since the days of the BSSR, the Belarusian side has provided all kinds of support to China. “Dozens of Chinese engineers and trainees underwent training in the workshops of MAZ and MTZ.

According to the ambassador, the “Great Stone” industrial park has achieved impressive results. “It hosts 177 resident companies, and the total volume of investments under signed agreements amounts to $1.6 billion. In 2025, China and Belarus implemented 60 investment projects, 52 of which were located within the industrial park,” he explained.

Zhang Wenchuan also emphasized that over the years of its development, the exhibition has become not only a window for Chinese enterprises to showcase high‑quality products and penetrate the Belarusian market, but also an important bridge for communication between Chinese and Belarusian companies and for establishing long‑term business ties.

The exhibition celebrates its fifth anniversary and takes place within the framework of the China–Belarus Industrial Cooperation Year. The exhibition covers a total area of 10,000 square metres and features more than 120 companies. The program is packed with events such as forums, business meetings, and company presentations.
