A limited liability company from the Bobruysky district, which provides technical maintenance and repair of vehicles, was presented with a claim of 29,9 thousand rubles by the tax inspection for unlawful minimization of tax obligations.

In the course of its activities, the inspection revealed facts of substitution of labor relations with employees who were registered as individual entrepreneurs. In this way, the organization attempted to avoid paying income tax on individuals. The total amount of payments made was 242.3 thousand rubles.

Employees of the tax inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Bobruysky district, who identified the violations during a desk audit, sent a notification to the limited liability company with a proposal to voluntarily calculate and pay the due tax amount into the budget.

The taxpayer fulfilled the notification in full, calculated and paid the income tax on individuals in the amount of 29.9 thousand rubles into the budget.
