The Loevsky District Trade Union Organization of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers helps young specialists adapt to their first jobs.
The day before, a working meeting was held at the KSUP "Malynovka-Agro". This year, the farm's workforce has been bolstered by qualified personnel: an engineer, an agronomist, a zootechnician, a mechanical technician, two electrical technicians, and three tractor drivers have arrived. All of them are natives of the Loevsky District. Having completed their targeted training, the young people consciously returned to work in their homeland, largely following their parents' example.
The meeting was attended by Nina Novik, Chairperson of the District Trade Union Organization of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers, and Irina Surzhik, Head of the Ideology and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee. In an open dialogue, the young people spoke about working conditions, mentorship organization, and their plans for the future.
The housing issue was also discussed. For now, the youth find it comfortable to live with their parents. It was encouraging to learn that all the young men present plan to return to their native farm after completing military service. The young people were informed about the construction of housing for in-demand specialists in the district, which includes agro-industrial complex workers, guaranteeing them excellent prospects.
Nina Novik and Irina Surzhik assured the young agrarians of full support — from resolving everyday matters to implementing professional initiatives. At the conclusion of the meeting, senior colleagues advised the youths to actively learn from their mentors' experience and wished them success in their first jobs.
