OJSC Stroytrust No. 3, Order of the October Revolution, makes a significant contribution to the region's food security and the development of the dairy industry: SU-95 and SU-123 completed construction and installation work on the erection of calf barns for six farms in the Soligorsk district. These are the agricultural firm Krasnaya Niva (200 head), OJSC Belsluch (150), OJSC Starobinsky (200), OJSC Skovshin (150), OJSC Dobritsa (150), and OJSC Bolshevik-Agro (200 head). Each such facility is a contribution to strengthening the district's dairy industry, creating jobs, and developing rural areas. The President instructed farmers to complete the commissioning of livestock facilities by October 1, but the district, thanks to the builders of Stroytrust No. 3, managed to do it earlier.

Using the example of the new calf barn at the Krasnaya Niva agricultural firm, built by Stroytrust No. 3, we look at the conditions created in the new building for keeping calves and for the livestock workers. For Irina Gargun, a livestock worker at the Krasnaya Niva agricultural firm, work is a calling. She described how the keeping conditions have changed, what the calves are fed, and why it is so important to give attention to every animal.

"Calves are such little cute babies!" Irina Gargun says affectionately about her charges to a journalist from the Soligorsk television channel. She comes to work and immediately gets into her usual rhythm: she talks to the animals, asks if they are going to eat, and rejoices at their reaction. She sees her 23 years of experience not as routine, but as a cause close to her heart. "I love it, and it is my calling," she says.

In February of this year, during a solemn ceremony summing up the results of the socio-economic development of the Soligorsk district for 2025, where the farm of Stroytrust No. 3 was recognized as the best among organizations of the agro-industrial complex, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Viktor Genrikhovich Ragussky presented a letter of gratitude from the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee to livestock worker Irina Adamovna Gargun for her many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, and significant personal contribution to the socio-economic development of the Minsk region.

Ekaterina Efimova, chief livestock specialist at the agricultural firm Krasnaya Niva: "There are no drafts in the new building. It's dry and cozy here. Heat guns have been purchased for the winter; we will use them for heating as needed." If the frosts are severe, the building, according to Ekaterina Efimova, should cope fine. She considers temperatures down to -5°C optimal: under such conditions, calves feel fine, and there are fewer viruses and "various bacilli." "It's comfortable for people to work in such a building too: neither rain, nor snow, nor sun gets in the way," the STK interviewee noted.

The launch of the new unique 200-head calf nursery provided calves with comfortable housing conditions during the winter period. Moving the young stock into modern warm buildings will improve livestock survival rates.
