Alexander Turin, on the President's behalf, presented state awards to representatives of key sectors of the economy and social sphere.

Among the awardees are workers from industry, agriculture, forestry, education, customs authorities, and other spheres. Addressing the ceremony participants, Alexander Turchin emphasized the value of each specialist's personal contribution.

"At the foundation of any significant achievement lies a combination of experience, competencies, and the efforts of a united team. Each time has its own priorities, each era has its own tasks. But remain constant are responsibility for the assigned task, the drive to achieve set goals, and the understanding that each person's contribution matters for the overall result. Today we honor people whose merits rightfully deserve state recognition," noted the Prime Minister of Belarus.

Alexander Turchin also highlighted the importance of development and continuous improvement of competencies in any sphere for those present.

"In current conditions, it is especially important not to stop at what has been achieved. Requirements are changing, competition intensifies. To move forward, one must be ready to learn, master the new, and find answers to emerging questions. At the same time, it is important not only to solve today's tasks but also to create a foundation for the future – preserving accumulated knowledge, sharing experience, and preparing those who will continue what has been started. That is how individual successes become a solid foundation for further development," he said.

Alexander Turchin expressed special gratitude to the awardees' families, whose help, patience, and willingness to be by their side in difficult moments give strength for new achievements to the awardees. He also thanked the state-awarded individuals for their work, wishing them well-being and support for their loved ones.
