The Ministry of Taxes and Duties reminds manufacturers and importers that starting from May 1, 2026, soft drinks and juices are subject to mandatory identification marking.

To ensure a seamless transition to the new requirements, economic entities are advised to begin marking their goods now — on a voluntary basis. This will allow them to prepare in advance for the mandatory phase and avoid operational disruptions.
