A transformer substation is being delivered to the site. It will become a key node for power distribution: cables will come from the main transformer substation of the sanatorium and then branch out to the wellness center and the fishermen's cabins. The gas distribution cabinet (ShRP) is expected to be ready by the end of September.
The treatment facilities are also nearing completion. The contractor has already begun preparing the as-built documentation for the facility's handover. This means that several critical, though hidden, processes are gradually moving into the final stage.
Inside the wellness center, the water supply and sewage systems are 80% ready, and the cable layout is approximately 70% complete. Ventilation has reached 60% readiness. Its installation is ongoing, although some nodes require additional refinement of the design solutions.
After the ventilation work is completed, the builders will be able to more actively install suspended ceilings, clad structures, and prepare surfaces for painting. These processes are not always visible from the outside, but it is they that will ensure the future operation of the entire complex.
The pool is taking shape
One of the most anticipated stages was the installation of the pool. Stainless steel walls are already being installed inside. The work is being carried out by ZAO "Belstrotekhnologiya". The same company is also involved in constructing the hammams, baths, and saunas.
Two jacuzzis, delivered in assembled form, have already been moved into the building. They need to be placed in their design positions using lifting equipment and additional safety elements. Another jacuzzi, intended for the outdoor area, will be hoisted through the roof using a crane.
— Today they had planned to install it, but they were short on slings, so they went to buy additional safety elements to lift this jacuzzi into place and set it up, — said the chief engineer.
In the wellness center's boiler room, the contractor "Leader Service" has begun connecting three gas boilers. The installation of elevators from "Mogilevliftmash" is almost complete. Its readiness is estimated at 90–95 percent: only adjustment, testing, and installation of some control elements remain.
