RUUP "Uchhozoz BGSAH" Took Second Place Among Agricultural Enterprises in District Competition Results for Achieving High Yield Harvesting of Grain and Legume Crops in 2026

At the Workers' Festival of the village "Dozhinki," which will take place on September 25 at Savva District Farm, Director Maxim Ivanenko will receive an award, which he has overseen successfully throughout the whole team. According to Maxim Ivanenko, this is his first harvesting campaign in his role as director. And he sincerely takes pride in his team, which together with the village workers achieved good results and also received high recognition at the district level.

– A silver medal in the district competition is a serious benchmark. It was achieved thanks to the coordinated labor of all workers, who from dawn until night completed all assigned tasks, – says Maxim Dmitriyevich. – As soon as I got acquainted with the collective, I saw how the workers approached their work. And you know, immediately there appeared confidence that results would be achieved and the Uchhozoz would rise to the podium.

The main strategy for the harvest is to catch every suitable moment to go out into the fields. Whenever the weather permitted – all mechanizers were behind the wheel.

Of course, a significant result in the granaries is determined not only by the harvesting campaign. Success on the harvest was laid down long before summer. Success depended on all agricultural stages: plowing, processing, and sowing. This is colossal work that affects the overall outcome. Of course, equipment preparation is also important. Moreover, the engineering service worked well. All technical repair questions were solved promptly by specialists so that combines did not stand idle in the fields.

Achieving a second step of the podium of honor was possible due to good indicators, everyone working with full effort. For example, the contribution of the Uchhozoz to the region's bales: total grain and legume crop yield – 15,024 tons; yield was 37.1 c/ha. Rape harvest – 1,729 t, yield 24.77 c/ha. This year's harvest delighted. Winter triticale yielded 46.7 c/ha, winter wheat showed a result of 37.9 c/ha, winter barley – 39.4 c/ha. The average yield for winter crops was 39.2 c/ha, for spring crops – 32.9 c/ha.

Grain in the granaries equals the economic stability of the enterprise. The state order was fulfilled 100 percent. 2,150 t of wheat was sent to JSC "Klimovich Bread Products", 200 t of beer barley – to JSC "Belsoold". The Uchhozoz is completely provided with feed for the cold-storage period, a seed fund has been established for its own needs and for implementation.
