Shklov hosts the regional "Dazhynki-2026": festival program for October 10 On Saturday, October 10, 2026, Shklov will become the official bread capital of Mogilev Region. The district center is preparing to host the regional festival-fair of rural workers "Dazhynki-2026" to honor the best employees of the region's agro-industrial complex and sum up the harvesting campaign.

The city will greet festival participants with a renewed look: as part of large-scale preparations, the road network, housing stock, and building facades have been reconstructed, the House of Culture has been renovated, and new attractions have appeared in the city park. Traditionally, the main event of the holiday will be a competition of thematic craft homesteads of Mogilev Region districts. For the convenience of spectators, organizers have expanded the infrastructure – the capacity of the orchestra pit of the main concert venue has been almost doubled (up to 1,300 seats). Trade rows will offer guests a rich selection of meat, culinary, and souvenir products from leading enterprises of the region.
