Victor Ananch, deputy chair of the Permanent Commission on Economy, Budget and Finance, Chairman of the Board of Belarusbank: "The thesis of the Head of State on the inevitable transition from global institutions to effective regional cooperation is a strategic orientation for our entire economy and financial system."
— For the banking sector, this vector has already become determining. We clearly understand that integration within SCO and EAEU allows us to build new, independent of external factors settlement systems, expand the use of national currencies, and create joint investment platforms.
No less important is that the new philosophy of partnership is built exclusively on respect for the sovereignty and diversity of each country. It is precisely such an approach, as the President rightly noted, that allows making decisions on equal terms and moving forward.
It is noteworthy that this new quality of regional interaction requires new approaches to management. As the Head of State absolutely emphasized at the conference, the architecture of future security must more actively include the creative potential of women. The male, often overly uncompromising view of geopolitics, in certain situations leads global institutions into a deadlock.
Women's diplomacy, a management approach based on maintaining stability, protecting traditional values, and caring for future generations — this is what is capable of cementing new regional alliances. And in the banking sector, and in state management, we daily confirm: wherever a woman makes decisions, there is always more order, responsibility, and a focus on peaceful development.
Thus, regional integration and the new, more balanced philosophy of management today are the only viable foundation for building truly indelible security and sustainable economic sovereignty for Belarus.
