Belarus is among the leaders of the Eurasian Economic Union in wage growth. This is evidenced by statistical data from the Eurasian Economic Commission.

Average monthly nominal wages in January–June 2026 increased in all EAEU member states. First and foremost, the highest growth rates were recorded in Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Russia. The figures are adjusted for the consumer price index.

In terms of wage growth rate, Belarus posted a result of 113.2%. Thus, the country trailed only Kyrgyzstan with 127.5%. In Russia the figure was 112.7%. Moreover, Kazakhstan recorded 100.3%, Armenia — 105.5%.

Rating by absolute indicators

By the size of average monthly wage in dollar equivalent, Belarus took second place. In January–June 2025 the indicator amounted to $1,026. Russia leads with $1,431.

In the remaining EAEU countries, earnings were below $1,000. In Kazakhstan it reached $988. In Armenia it amounted to $830, in Kyrgyzstan — $615.

Real incomes of the population

Growth rates of real wages in January–June 2026 were distributed as follows. In Kyrgyzstan the indicator reached 115.3%. Belarus showed 107.5%, Russia — 106.5%.

In Armenia growth amounted to 100.9%. In Kazakhstan they recorded 99.4%. The figures are adjusted for the consumer price index of goods and services.
