The next citizens’ reception on personal matters was held by the chairman of the Lidsky district executive committee, Alexander Versotsky.

Two residents of the district approached the regional head with questions concerning the quality of road repairs and the transportation services of the settlement.

The first complaint came from a resident of the agricultural settlement of Vaverka. The woman found herself a victim of substandard repair work: the road near her house was patched, but the mixture used contained a clay additive. The result became apparent after
