The first part of the results of a large-scale comprehensive republican sociological study, which concerns topical issues of socio-economic development of Belarus, was presented in Minsk, reports a BELTA correspondent.

The sociological study was conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on behalf of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISI) in July–August of this year.

"We are presenting today the first part of our results. We will consider the block of socio-economic issues. Then there will be a block on the socio-political situation in the country. And the final presentation will be devoted to resonant issues. We studied various aspects of the social well-being of the residents of our country.
