The Tax Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus for Mogilev Region reminds that the deadline for payment of real estate tax, land tax, transport tax as a single property payment, as well as rent for the use of land plots (hereinafter – rent) for 2025 is no later than November 16, 2026.

The amount of the single property payment can be found in the notice or in the taxpayer's personal account, as well as in the ERiP system. The amount of rent payable is indicated in the land lease agreement.

If the tax authority's notice has not arrived by mail, taxpayers may:

• generate the notice via the personal account on the tax authorities' internet portal;
• apply in person to the MNS inspection at the place of registration and obtain a copy of the notice.

Taxes can be paid by any of the following methods:

• via the ERiP system. To do this, in the service menu you need to sequentially select the sections: 'Taxes' – your locality – the relevant tax inspection – Single Property Payment – enter the taxpayer's identification number (TIN) – click 'Pay'. You can find your TIN on the MNS website in the electronic service 'Information from the State Register of Taxpayers (and other liable persons)';
• through the electronic service 'Taxpayer's Personal Account';
• at any bank branch or post office.

For late payment, penalties are charged for each calendar day of delay.

Furthermore, for individuals who have failed to pay (or have underpaid) the single property payment as of January 1, 2027, in an amount exceeding one basic unit, the calculation of property taxes for 2026 will be made taking into account a calculated amount determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the single property payment not paid as of January 1.
