This award is a well-deserved result of hard but noble daily work. The second special feature of the year: tomorrow, September 27, Elena Anatolyevna celebrates her 50th birthday. Elena Anatolyevna is a person of amazing destiny and rare diligence. Her love for her native land and devotion to her profession are in her blood. She grew up in a family of true workers: her mother devoted her entire life to the profession of a milkmaid, and her father worked as a livestock farmer. As a girl, barely waiting for morning, Elena would run to the farm to help her mother. While her peers were sleeping, she was already learning to care for animals, mastering the first secrets of the craft and absorbing the special atmosphere that later determined her life path. The question of choosing a profession never faced her – she knew exactly that she would continue the family dynasty and devote herself to working on the farm.

Today, the Zabelyshin dairy complex is a modern facility where manual labor has given way to advanced technologies. Elena Belousova and her partner handle about 500 cows per shift, which, you will agree, is quite a lot. The profession requires not only physical endurance but also deep knowledge: you need to be able to operate complex equipment, strictly observe sanitary standards, and, most importantly, sense the animals. The cows reciprocate her feelings. Her charges always produce high milk yields, which makes it possible to achieve excellent results. Calm, responsible, and self-assured, she has become an example for the livestock farmers of Babushkino Podvorye OJSC. She combines incredible inner strength, fortitude, truly folk wisdom, and at the same time amazing warmth of heart.
