
Promotion of domestic goods, citizen appeals. MART summarizes results of the first half-year
Трыбуна Працы 15 July 2026 14:22 The areas in which the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade worked during the first half of the year were described to BELTA by the ministry's press service.
Over the half-year, the price level in the republic reached a historic low for this period: the consumer price index stood at 2.9%, for food products at 1.8%, for non-food products at 1.5%, and for services at 6.7%.
MART approved maximum selling prices for more than 860 medicinal products (taking into account forms and dosages).
To protect the domestic market, MART developed an agreement on cooperation in increasing the efficiency of sales of domestically produced goods, joined by 1,010 business entities, government bodies, and concerns. Nine seminars were held to promote domestic products. Within the framework of the project "Every Friday — Native, Our Own," 30 unique events were organized. Under the preferential lending program "For Native Goods," the volume of issued loans reached 182.8 million rubles.
Within the framework of control and analytical work, more than 2.8 thousand events were held, a total of more than 1.4 thousand recommendations and prescriptions were issued, and 304 protocols were drawn up. The amount of penalty sanctions (taking into account materials from previous years) totaled 83 thousand rubles.
In the sphere of public procurement, more than 70 complaints were reviewed, and violations amounting to 67.4 million rubles were prevented.
Also in the first half of the year, MART registered about 60 advertising games, sent 10 instructions to the Ministry of Information on restricting access to websites, and issued more than 4.4 thousand licenses within the framework of customs and tariff regulation.
"The effectiveness of our work is largely determined by the quality of feedback with society. MART reviewed more than 5.8 thousand appeals, among which the largest share is occupied by issues of consumer rights protection (30%), procurement (25%), advertising and prices (15%), trade (10%), and others. To improve the legal literacy of business and citizens, 26 seminars were held, where current legislation norms and best industry practices were discussed," the ministry said.
