In the Polotsk district, work at a private workshop producing meat chips was suspended. During the inspection, it turned out that the enterprise could not engage in the processing and production of meat products: it was not listed in the relevant registry.

At the same time, in 2026 they managed to produce and sell over 1.3 tonnes of meat chips there.

The inspection also found violations of sanitary requirements:

• containers with additives and spices had no labels, so it was impossible to determine their origin, shelf life, and composition;
• workers did not have spare sanitary clothing;
• dispensers lacked cleaning and disinfecting agents;
• there was no separate equipment for cleaning refrigerated chambers and refrigerated cabinets.

As a result of the inspection, veterinary certification of the workshop's products was suspended. The facility itself was removed from the trade register, so it can no longer engage in trade or public catering.
