The government adopted Resolution No. 491 "On the provision of social services by commercial organizations". The document expands the participation of private business in stationary social services, while maintaining state guarantees and quality requirements for services.

September 20, "Кобринский вестник"/ The resolution establishes the mechanism for the participation of commercial organizations in the procedure of state procurement of social services, and also provides for them a number of preferences.

How the mechanism will work

Within the framework of the state social order, procurement of services from private organizations is envisaged for lonely elderly citizens and lonely disabled persons of groups I and II who have indications for placement in stationary institutions. Mandatory condition – the consent of the person himself.

To participate in the state order and provide places for citizens for whom the state pays, a private organization must allocate for these purposes at least 10% of the bed fund, but not less than 5 places.

At the same time, the cost of the service per day must not exceed the maximum tariff limit set by regional or city executive committees for state institutions. The quality and content of the services must comply with the requirements and social standards.
