Planer meeting: investment projects, proprietary approach and 100 percent dispensary care

The latest weekly working meeting with the head of the district, Alexander Versotsky, began with an analysis of his recent visit to agricultural enterprises. The leader personally visited almost all the facilities, delved into the production processes, and identified a number of important issues. One of them concerns labor migrants.

We have created all the conditions for the migrant workers: we have provided them with a salary, housing, and have gone to meet them in terms of adaptation, emphasized the chairman of the district executive committee. But they must also understand the measure of their responsibility, which is clearly regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Labor relations are formalized and secured. Both local and foreign workers are required to comply with the established norms. The law is the same for everyone: both for locals and for migrants. If labor relations are violated, the reaction should be appropriate. I ask the leaders to act strictly within the legal framework and to follow all procedures.

Traditionally, the agricultural sector is on the agenda. The meeting discussed the pace of milk production and the current work in the fields. Along with global tasks, the head of the district raised a practical, but no less important, question - the arrangement of the rainwater drainage system from the roofs of livestock facilities. In new standard dairy farms, storm drains are provided for in the project. But on old farms, this problem has been entrusted to be studied and solved in a purely economic manner. Rainwater drains should not erode the walking yards and overflow the manure storage facilities.

The final stretch of the year is an exam for the industrial complex. Only two months are left until January, and the fulfillment of target indicators for a region with accelerated development is a matter of honor. Alexander Versotsky warned the managers: the demand for non-fulfillment of plans will be personal for each leader.

No less strictly, the chairman of the district executive committee spoke about the implementation of investment projects:

Each of them is vital for the district. It is unacceptable when a project is put on its own or is delayed due to shifted deadlines.

Deputy chairmen of the district executive committee and directors of enterprises have been instructed to take each stage of construction and modernization under personal control.

A lot of attention was paid to the sanitary condition of the territories at the meeting. The district's sanitary and epidemiological service conducted a monitoring of the Dvorishchansky rural council. The inspectors had the most claims regarding the maintenance of abandoned and non-operational facilities.

The program for demolishing dilapidated housing in the district for 2026 is being implemented according to schedule. However, those buildings that are still waiting for their turn should not become overgrown with weeds and spoil the appearance of the villages. But the main thing is public safety. All vacant houses must be securely boarded up to exclude access to them by outsiders, especially children.

The issue of reducing debt for utility services and switching to electronic invoices was discussed in detail. The new form of notification is convenient and environmentally friendly. Specialists from the Lidsky GUP ZhKKh are actively holding meetings in labor collectives, offering people the opportunity to write applications directly at their workplace, which are then centrally submitted to ZhKKh.

The conversation ended with a topic that directly affects people's lives - dispensary care. The head of the district emphasized that this is not just a formal medical examination, but a real chance to identify dangerous conditions. There have been many tragic cases in practice, both at work and in road accidents, due to sudden deterioration of health, which could have been avoided if the person had undergone a timely examination. Leaders of all levels have been tasked with providing maximum assistance and ensuring 100% coverage of employees with preventive examinations.
