Several Belarusian banks, citing the Banking Processing Center, have reported on the technical works being carried out by the Mastercard payment system.

During the specified time, holders of cards of the payment system may experience service interruptions.

The works will take place in two periods:

• from 1:15 to 1:45 on September 29;
• from 23:45 on September 29 to 00:15 on September 30.

During this time, interruptions lasting up to one minute may occur when using Mastercard cards in the terminal network of the Banking Processing Center.

Failures may also occur when servicing Mastercard cards issued by banks that are clients of the center in the terminal networks of other banks.
