Elder of the district procurement committee Yavgeniy Shkrobat visited the Petryakovsk Bread Factory together with the director of the Zhytkovitsky branch of Gomel ABLST, Alexander Adamenko, along with Petryakovsky Bread Factory.
The main purpose of the visit was not merely production and output, but also a deep study of ongoing processes, assessment of work efficiency, and identification of growth opportunities.
Today the wheat product market has been flooded with products from various manufacturers and private bakeries. To remain competitive, the enterprise must develop. Participants met and reviewed a range of outstanding issues, among which the key one is acquiring new modern technological equipment.
It is necessary to strengthen the qualifications of specialized personnel at the plant: engineers who will be responsible for regular maintenance and operation of technical equipment, which will allow avoiding delay-related losses due to breakdowns. Candidates with new skills, capable of mastering new recipes and strengthening the plant's position on the market.
As of today, the bread factory's inventory is fairly broad: 15 types of grain products and 20 varieties of candied goods are produced. The quality of Petryakovsk products remains high, and some positions have become genuine meat brands. Residents and customers in the region always seek them out on the streets for famous Petryakovsk penny loaf and baked "Gribki", mushroom cakes, now a baguette, and the legendary Petryakovsk black bread "tsaglinka", which one by one repeatedly chose its stomach.
The conversation was constructive. First came work on increasing production volumes, expanding sales markets, and maintaining a high status as a meat producer.
